Harvest Finance facilitates transactions for a variety of different purposes. However, more often than not, we are working with import and export companies. We can represent both buyers and sellers. Our goal is to work with your company to help complete your purchase or sale. We can work through our associates with oil trade, sugar trade, rice trade, or virtually any other legal product from chopsticks to vehicles.
We also have various programs available for project finance. We can help companies with real estate development, hotel purchases, or resort and villa project finance as well as others.
We can assist clients from a range of businesses from constructions companies, investors, research and development firms, telecommunication companies, or even municipalities.
Harvest Finance does not have contacts who will block millions of dollars in funds on the off chance that your transaction will work and you can pay them later. Even if later is only 24, 48 or 72 hours, you must pay in advance.
Blocking funds and supplying the proper SWIFT documentation is expensive and can be risky if not done properly. Regardless of your arrangement the investor supplying the BG is taking a huge risk and will therefore require that you can pay for the Bank Guarantee regardless of if your transaction closes or not. That is why you must pay for the bank instrument before it is delivered.
Payments are typically made into a trusted third party escrow account. Funds are not released until the SWIFT has been delivered and acknowledged according to contract. This protects clients from losing their money by paying for instruments that are never delivered. It also satisfies the investors, as they are guaranteed their money assuming they perform. We feel this is the best way to protect all parties involved from fraudulent activities.
A large majority of inquires that we are unable to assist are due to the applicant being unable to pay for the requested services.
Not all services require funds in advance but most do. If you are looking for a Bank Guarantee, SBLC, or SWIFT MT-760 you should expect to pay for the instrument in advance. More often than not the release of funds is regulated by an agreed upon escrow company to protect all parties. We do not accept ICBPO.
